Supportive housing for individuals and families in recovery
Serenity House: provides 12-18 months of transitional affordable housing with support services in scattered site apartments located in Chiopee, for up to 12 women in recovery. Participants must have 6 months of sobriety and have completed a residential recovery program. For information call: 413.594.2580.
Miracle House: provides permanent affordable supportive housing with case management services for up to 8 men in recovery. Units are leased from the Springfield Housing Authority. Applicants must 18 + years, have 6 months of recovery and have completed a residential recovery program and have some income. For information call: 413.781.2050, x 8325.
Maple House Sober Housing: 6 units of shared housing (housemate style) in a side-by-side duplex, located in Northampton, MA. Units are located near the downtown and are in close proximity to services, transportation and recovery supports. Eligible applicants must be recently homeless, 18 +, have a minimum of 6 months recovery, meet income limits and have the capacity to pay $375/month rent or have a subsidy voucher.
