Working with youth (preferred)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a valid MA License
Possess a reliable vehicle and be open to use it to transport clients or provide supportive services as necessary.
Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing)
Ability to work as a team member
Implement each clients’ individual objectives
Accurately log all required documentation
Act as a ‘Staff Advocate’ for clients
Work as a cooperative team member
Be a positive role model for clients
Assist clients in carrying out daily tasks and responsibilities; including, but not limited to: cleaning, cooking, maintenance and laundry
Be willing to perform the tasks with clients in a fair and consistent manner
Plan and organize a variety of appropriate recreational and social activities
Assume other duties and responsibilities, as requested.
Demonstrate empathy, support and compassion to clients in daily interactions
