Manny is a native New Yorker and a graduate of Bard College and Yale University. He is currently a supervisor at Recovery Coach West in Springfield and a trained peer specialist, forensic peer specialist, credible messenger, violent interrupter, and HIV/AIDS support specialist.

Kirsy Segarra
Kirsy was born and raised in Holyoke, MA. She is the first generation to graduate with Bachelors and Master’s Degree. Her 5 years of working in Human Resources has been primarily in recruitment and career development. She has a strong passion with guiding individuals in finding their career path. Her empathy and positive energy can provide other individuals with a sense of hope and enthusiasm in their careers. Outside of work, Kirsy loves to play and watch all sports but mainly basketball, running and snowboarding!

Luis Colon
Luis has worked at the Gándara Center for 23 years and has held 11 different titles/promotions throughout the years.
"I am lucky to be a part of a fantastic team in HR. I Started My Career as a Relief overnight staff not knowing this would be my career. I'm blessed."
Luis is now Married and a Father to three beautiful young ladies. He is also an Avid Gamer – Role playing Games (RPG).

James Kennedy
James started his career in Human Services as a Relief Residential Counselor and has been promoted to other positions since then including Open Lead Shift Supervisor role, Assistant Program Director for the new Adolescent Female CSEC Program and the Program Director for the same CSEC Program.
After several years, he felt it was time for me to move on from residential, but did not want to leave the world of Human Service.
