Recovery Support Centers welcome all people in recovery from substance use and those affected by substance use. Services are free and provide peer-to-peer supports including peer facilitated groups, social events, access to computers for job training and social networking, and cultural / artistic exploration and activities.
The Hope for Holyoke Mission, written by the peer community, states, “Hope for Holyoke Recovery Support Center is a safe place where people in all pathways of recovery can come together and grow in their own recovery. We are people from differing backgrounds working together for the common goal of recovery in a supportive and serene environment. We help each other to expand our recovery by sharing our own experiences and learning ways to give back to our community. We provide opportunities through groups, trainings, and networking to learn how to communicate effectively and how to love ourselves.Hope for Holyoke offers not only recovery but discovery in ones hopes and dreams. It is a place where the impossible becomes possible. This center offers HOPE!”
