The SHINE Young Adult Housing Program provides Rapid-Re-housing and outreach services for up to 22 homeless, unaccompanied, young adults ages 18–24  who meet the HUD definition of literally homeless. The goal is to provide these individuals with a safe place to live and to help them develop life skills to successfully live independently. Support services include: Case Management, skill building that supports community connections, access to educational and employment opportunities, housing, and economic and health stability. Youth may stay in the program for 12 months with a possibility of an extension up to 24 months.

 Admission Requirements: Youth may self-refer, or be referred by a school, provider, or family/community member. They must meet the HUD definition of homeless; be between the ages of 18–24; be able to live independently; be willing to enroll in school, job readiness, and/or employment.
